Global Facial Reconstruction Training
Over the years, she has worked to ensure that local in-country surgical residents and attending staff are thoroughly involved in teaching and learning facial reconstruction training efforts.
Dr. Hadlock has on multiple occasions participated in facial reconstruction surgical training modules in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and Mbarara, Uganda. Patients with idiopathic, surgical, and traumatic facial injuries underwent a variety of reconstructive procedures. Haitian surgical residents are thoroughly involved in learning surgical care. She has donated EnlightenMD software, an electronic data repository to help local residents perform long-term record keeping.
